It's a business leadership retreat. But unlike any other business event you've ever attended.
If you decide to invite your spouse, they will be included in all aspects of the retreat — not just the fun stuff (of which there will be lots).
Picture yourself at your office working. Answering emails, talking with staff, working on a proposal. In this state, you are maintaining what you have and maybe even expanding on it. But why? How do these things serve you and your family? What do you truly want from the years you have left? What do you want to leave behind?
The answers to these questions are with us always, but it's so very hard to hear them — they are like whispers among the shouts of daily demands.
The Voyage puts you in a place where these whispers can be heard. Not in a convention center. Not at your office with your inbox staring you in the face. Out on the water.
The Voyage is invite only and for business leaders who are ready for a new sort of retreat. If you are the leader of your business — regardless of title, the place where the buck stops — you are invited. You've earned the right to step away from the grind for a week and want to use that time intentionally.
Every person on The Voyage was personally invited by Aram or Bryant. If you're reading this, someone thought you'd belong here.
6–10 CEOs + optional spouses/partners. Small enough to know everyone by day two. No strangers by the end of the week.
We sail on a fully crewed charter catamaran — big enough for a small group to live comfortably, small enough that the boat itself becomes part of the experience. You'll learn to sail it. You'll feel the wind change. You'll watch the stars from the trampoline at anchor. The boat is not a backdrop. It's a key part of The Voyage.
November 1 – November 8 in the British Virgin Islands — one of the most spectacular sailing grounds on earth. We'll move each day, anchor in new coves, explore on land and in the water.
Cost: $5,500 per person, sharing ($11k/cabin). Covers your fully crewed charter — all nights aboard, professional captain and chef, gourmet provisioning and cocktails, moorings and marina fees, and curated experience programming — plus a hotel room your first night, so you can arrive early and board comfortably. 7 nights, 6 at sea (plus your first night at a hotel). A 3.5% discount applies for payment by check or ACH.
Because we plan around a fixed group, payments are non-refundable once confirmed. We're happy to transfer your spot to someone you nominate, or issue a full refund if we cancel the trip.
For those coming from Virginia, one straightforward option from Richmond into St. Thomas, connecting through Charlotte. Feel free to arrive a day earlier and enjoy a day on your own in St. Thomas — boarding for the boat is between noon and 3 pm.
Indicative pricing and timing only. Basic Economy fares include a personal item; checked bags and seat selection are extra. Fares and availability change — confirm at the time of booking.
Packing List — A detailed packing guide is on its way. For now: pack light, pack for heat and water, and leave most of your ambition for the conversations rather than the luggage.
"The questions worth asking don't surface in the office. They find you on open water, over a shared meal, in the quiet after a long day of sailing — when you're finally far enough from the grind to hear yourself think."
This voyage is full. Email Aram or Bryant your interest in the next one. It's a little exclusive.
