Modern organizations are fragmented — separating purpose from profit, soul from systems, people from performance. The result is companies that are technically efficient and spiritually hollow.
The Coherent Business exists to change that. Each episode wrestles with the post-reductionist questions that really drive organizational health: How do you design an institution that is not only effective, but whole? Where do virtue and utility actually meet?
This is a conversation for leaders who sense that something is missing — and are willing to think seriously about what it might be.
